Service is fast and friendly. You can order through a kiosk/card only by yourself or have someone take your order. The Shack burger patty is a bit on the thinner side, but the texture and taste are perfect. Crinkle fries are light and crispy. And the peach tea is refreshing.

We have been going to Shake Shack since our first experience in Grand Central terminal in NY. Have enjoyed ShakenShack up and down the east coast and as far west as AZ. Food is always amazing as is the service, until we tried it today at this location in Jax. The food was overcooked and the service was terrible. I stood there for a while after ordering online and could see my name clearly on the bag behind the cashier. I finally had enough and asked if I could have my food, she asked my name, looked at the bag and then began to look as if my order wasn t ready so I pointed it out to her. Then she hands me a bag and no drinks, again I had to point out my drinks that had my name on it right next to the bag I had to point out to her. We sit down only to find the fries were not in the bag, I went back up again and stood there until someone reluctantly made eye contact and got me my fries. Worst Shake Shack ever!

We came here when it was M Shack and it was soooo good. The ambience was wonderful and the price matched the quality and taste of the food. Now its pretty bad. The burgers were tiny and look like McDonalds burgers. They add so much ice to your drinks and they didnt even have avocado so you cant get the healthy chicken options. Fries dont come with your meal and the milkshakes are eh. Would definitely save your money and go somewhere else unless you want to have an uninspiring meal thats high for no quality.

Well.. I will say they either havent learned how to properly apply the hair nets or they decided to add a special seasoning of long black hairs as a uniquely unsettling gift for a first timer. Not sure what happened but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.. perhaps they havent passed that food handling course yet. I will rate them a 2/5 because they were kind and tried to remake the order for me Good atmosphere I guess.. if youre into that.. its just a little bit of a hairy situation here. Ill spare your eyes

We had a great time even though it was Saturday evening and it was very busy. Ordered at the kiosk and had the standard shake shack burgers, fries, hotdog, frozen custard and milkshakes. Food quality was good, and the custard was awesome! Tables and bathrooms were clean. We will definitely be back.

Bottom Line: Choose a different nearby Burger Establishment! Was excited to try my first time at a Shake Shack! I ordered a Smokehouse Burger and Parmesan Truffle Fries. Smokehouse burger came out with UNCOOKED bacon on it. To be clear, I m sure it s the precooked bacon like you buy in a store, but it was completely fat and rubbery. The picture shows mouth watering crisp bacon, they hit us with the Ol bait and switch. My dog wouldn t even it it. The fries came out not very warm, and to my biggest surprise; had zero essence of anything related to truffle on them. It was just the same crinkle fries my fiance got, but with a light dusting of tasteless Parmesan. From the picture (though I probably shouldn t trust it based off the burger) it looks like there may have been a Truffle Sauce they forgot to put on my fries. If you read this, please do yourself a favor and walk next door to Ted s Montana Grill for a proper burger. If you don t feel like having a sit down meal, there s a Five Guys, BurgerFi, and many other burger places all within 4 minutes of this Shake Shack that have proven themselves superior. Aside from the fact Google requires you to give one star, I still would give them at least a star because the burger patties themselves didn t taste bad, but again you ll have a better experience at the above mentioned alternative burger locations.

We dont have a Shake Shack in our area and were excited to get to try it while in the area. No pictures because we were hungry and dove right in! We tried a bacon avocado shackburger, a cheese shackburger, and a chicken sandwich with cheese fries. The cheese sauce on the fries was super thick and kind of gross. Over all we felt like they were fine to skip and wouldnt order them again. My son loved the avocado bacon burger and we both thought the chicken sandwich was great and even better than chick fil a.

Food is way over priced. Over $25 for a double truffle burger, truffle fries, and a drink is ridiculous. Dont like that theres no option for just a cup of water. The burger was okay, same for the crinkle cut fries (really, the same you could grab from your local publix freezer section). At this price I expect better. After finishing my meal I am still both hungry and thirsty. I wont come back here.

I had a hard time figuring out how to use the coupon I received in my app, so I got someone to help me. There was no way to potentially change the type of cheese in our burger (my daughter can only eat certain kinds), and this location apparently doesn t have any dairy free shake options (one of the reasons we visited). We have been to a location in Orlando where dairy free shakes are available. Overall, the food was good, but the experience was a bit disappointing.
